So you may remember a post awhile back where I revealed that Dup and I have lost over 100 pounds combined since January. Now, I’m detailing more of my weight loss. I’m super excited to announce that I am now down 56 pounds, as of this past Saturday.

I started on January 19th at 275.4 pounds and as of Saturday, I am at 219.4 pounds. I’m getting so close to ONEderland (under 200 pounds) that I can taste it.

In case you’re wondering, I started at a size 24 jeans and I’m now wearing a size 18. I haven’t been very good about keeping other measurements but I know that my waist was around 46 inches in February and it’s now 40.5 inches. My hips went from 53 inches to 47 inches.

I still have a lot of weight to lose but I am absolutely thrilled with my weight loss so far. I can’t wait for the next 50 pounds to be gone!

    1. Thanks! I feel much better both physically and mentally while on keto. There’s a week or so at the beginning of starting up that I feel tired but nothing major. I actually went off Keto for a few weeks when we moved to a new apartment. We were living off pizza and junk food. I felt AWFUL! I was so tired and couldn’t think very clearly. When I went back to Keto, I felt so much better.

  1. I was doing research on some deals I am looking to post on my blog when I came across your Blog. Love your before and after pics. I have thought about doing the same but I cant seem to commit to a weight loss regimen. Love that you are real people. Hope to see more soon.
